Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Crema Edit, or older if applicable law in your location requires a higher minimum age.

By using Crema Edit, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement.

2. Crema Edit Service

Crema Edit provides tools for discovering, exploring, saving, and preparing coffee recipes and related beverages.

Features may include:

• recipe discovery;
• personalized recommendations;
• ingredient matching;
• saved recipes;
• coffee history;
• ratings;
• account synchronization;
• paid or premium features.

Features may change over time.

3. Anonymous and Permanent Accounts

Crema Edit may initially create an anonymous account so that you can use the application without completing a registration process.

You may later choose to create or link a permanent account through supported methods such as email, Google, or Sign in with Apple.

You are responsible for maintaining control of your device and authentication credentials.

You must not attempt to access another user's account.

4. Coffee Recipes and Informational Content

Recipes and other content provided by Crema Edit are intended for general informational and culinary purposes.

Crema Edit does not provide medical, nutritional, dietary, or professional health advice.

You are responsible for determining whether ingredients, caffeine levels, preparation methods, equipment, and recipes are suitable for you.

Ingredients may contain allergens or substances that are unsuitable for certain individuals.

Always use appropriate care when handling hot liquids, appliances, coffee equipment, and other preparation tools.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Crema Edit to:

• violate applicable law;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• interfere with or disrupt the application or its infrastructure;
• reverse engineer or misuse the service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• use automated methods to abuse, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your authorization to use an account.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users.

6. Paid Features and Purchases

Crema Edit may offer paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases.

The products, prices, billing periods, and available purchase options displayed through the App Store at the time of purchase control your transaction.

Payments are processed by Apple and may also be managed through RevenueCat for entitlement purposes.

For recurring subscriptions, billing and renewal are managed through your Apple account according to the terms presented by Apple at the time of purchase.

You can manage or cancel applicable subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

Deleting your Crema Edit account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

Where refunds are available, they are handled according to applicable Apple policies and applicable law.

7. Restore Purchases

Where supported, Crema Edit may allow you to restore eligible purchases associated with your App Store account.

Restoring purchases does not create a new purchase and is subject to Apple's purchase infrastructure.

8. Account Deletion

You may initiate deletion of your Crema Edit account from within the application through the Profile section.

Account deletion permanently removes the Crema Edit account and associated user-owned data processed by Crema Edit.

Deletion cannot be undone.

Deleting a Crema Edit account does not necessarily delete data independently maintained by third-party providers or cancel subscriptions maintained by Apple.

9. Intellectual Property

Crema Edit, including its software, design, branding, user interface, graphics, organization, and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not reproduce, redistribute, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from Crema Edit.

You retain ownership of information that belongs to you.

10. Third-Party Services

Crema Edit relies on third-party services including Apple, Google, Supabase, RevenueCat, PostHog, and Sentry.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

11. Availability and Changes

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of Crema Edit.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may make changes necessary for security, technical maintenance, legal requirements, or product development.

12. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crema Edit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that recipes, recommendations, ingredient suggestions, or other content will be suitable for every person, device, ingredient, diet, or circumstance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IE Ara Matevosyan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from use of or inability to use Crema Edit.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

14. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Crema Edit at any time.

You may delete your account using the account deletion functionality provided inside the application.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary because of misuse, security concerns, violation of these Terms, or legal requirements.

15. Apple App Store

If you download Crema Edit through Apple's App Store, your license to use the iOS application is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different valid license agreement is expressly provided.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to you under applicable law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when Crema Edit, our business practices, or applicable requirements change.

The current version will display its effective or last-updated date.

Where appropriate, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
